Our company is built on a dual passion for all things real estate and business. Our owner, Jon, began working in real estate when he was 20 years old for a real estate company specializing in short sales and foreclosures. He has since worked as a home builder for a national company and attained both his Bachelor and MBA degrees in Business. He has both a North Carolina and Georgia Real Estate License. He is our licensed inspector (ID# 5212) and is also Internachi Certified.
