Agent
We work hard to treat your clients with the care and concern that we would want ourselves when buying a home. Our priority is to give your client thorough knowledge of the home in an efficient way. We include pictures and simple explanations of any issues found in the inspection report.

Buyer
We believe knowledge is power. We provide thorough, extensive reports that include pictures and easy to understand language. A long report does not equate a bad inspection, it means you now have detailed knowledge of the home you are investing in.

Seller
With all the moving parts of a real estate contract and small due diligence periods, having an inspection prior to entering into a contract will reduce any surprise delays that arise during buyer inspection. This can help you keep the time-line and closing moving forward without delay.

Aditional Services

Drone
We utilize our drone in all of our inspections (weather permitting) in order to inspect all aspects of your home that would not be visible to the eye alone. The drone allows us to zoom in and take still shots on any areas of concern throughout the inspection. This technology, coupled with our extensive knowledge of construction and building science, offers our clients the most thorough inspection available.

Radon
We are Certified Radon Testers through Internachi. We take your safety seriously and offer testing approved for Real Estate transactions.
Radon is a gas that is emitted by decaying uranium. When you hear the word uranium you think of atom bombs and nuclear power plants like Chernobyl. However, uranium is ubiquitous in the Earth's surface. Radon is everywhere and it can be dangerous. For a more in depth understanding of Radon, we recommend you read this article by the EPA.
If the home you are buying or selling has high levels of Radon, mitigation systems are relatively inexpensive to install.

Water
Do you know what is in your water? We offer basic water testing from a certified lab. We test for e-coli, total coli-form, iron, and manganese. We also offer more extensive tests that test for more contaminants.
